RETURN AND REFUND POLICY – GILSTIAN

At Gilstian, we take great pride in the quality of our products. To protect the integrity of our business and our customers, we enforce a strict return and refund policy. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
We do NOT accept returns or issue refunds except in the specific circumstances described below. By completing a purchase with Gilstian, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
2. CONDITIONS UNDER WHICH RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED
A return will only be considered if ALL of the following conditions are met:
a. Item must be unused and unworn. The item must be in its original, brand-new condition — never worn, washed, or used in any way.
b. Item must be undamaged. The item must show absolutely no signs of wear, stains, dirt, odors, tears, rips, stretching, or any form of damage. Items that are returned dirty, stained, torn, or in any altered condition will be immediately rejected and returned to the sender at their expense.
c. Original packaging required. The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags attached and intact.
d. Return window: Requests must be submitted within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date. No exceptions will be made after this window.
e. Proof of purchase required. A valid order number and proof of purchase must accompany every return request.
3. ITEMS THAT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES
We will NOT accept returns for items that are:
• Worn, used, or washed
• Dirty, stained, or have odors
• Torn, ripped, stretched, or damaged in any way
• Missing tags or original packaging
• Returned after the 7-day window
• Marked as final sale or clearance
• Gift cards or downloadable items
Any item returned in a damaged, used, or unacceptable condition will be rejected without a refund and sent back to the customer at their own cost.
4. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
a. Contact our customer support team at the email listed on this website within 7 days of delivery.
b. Provide your order number, photos of the item, and a clear explanation of the reason for the return.
c. Wait for written approval before sending anything. Returns sent without prior authorization will be refused and not refunded.
d. Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a verified defect or error on our part.
5. INSPECTION UPON RECEIPT
All returned items are thoroughly inspected upon arrival. If the item does not meet the conditions listed in Section 2, the return will be rejected and no refund will be issued. The item will be shipped back to you at your expense.
6. REFUND PROCESS
If the return is approved following inspection:
a. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
b. Shipping fees and handling charges are non-refundable.
c. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
7. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos as proof. We will provide a replacement or a full refund at our discretion.
8. EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, you must follow the return process (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
9. ABUSE OF RETURN POLICY
Gilstian reserves the right to refuse service and reject any return from customers who attempt to abuse this policy, including but not limited to: returning used or damaged items, filing false claims, or submitting fraudulent return requests. We reserve the right to permanently ban accounts involved in policy abuse.
